I want to remember the scents, tastes, sounds, sights and feelings of the traditions laid down by my forebears.
Do I like them all? Does anyone? This is highly unlikely.
In my travels, I have come across other experiences and products that float my boat, I have thereby been inspired.
My imagination concocts new hybrids. Some of these ideas might ‘hit the spot’, while others might be left on the wayside.
