I have read books by top selling authors that address the shaping of a person’s imaginary world.

In one book, the authors had a conversation that touched on the accessibility of many scriptures and sacred texts to people from all walks of life.

Depending on a person’s level of mental health and maturity, one could regard the Christian tale of The Nativity as a narrative full of poetic imagery, or one could relate to it at face value.

What is Education for, if folks are not encouraged to use their imaginations when they come across stimuli of this nature?

Is a map more important than the territory it is a symbol of?
