Thoughts of promise are leading me to a passage in The Children’s Bible.
In a classroom discussion, a passage was read that referred to a person’s usage of talents of silver.
After the reading, children were asked to analyse the subtext of the passage. One child offered a literal interpretation about making good use of one’s talents.
With any luck, each person has an opportunity later in life to think about how well this idea has been adhered to.
Where diligence is present, beginnings, middles and endings are all interesting.
