Any journey should have several stages, depending on each person’s aims, objectives, sense of purpose and destination.

Flexible mindsets and attitudes respond to the demands of each point when it is reached. Sometimes, it takes a while to recognise moments when one moves from one stage into another.

Is this because the wayfarer has succumbed into unconscious motion? What does it take to snap out of functioning on autopilot?

Conscious awareness requires disciplined practice – at all times, whenever possible.

Like anything else, the more one does it, the easier it becomes.
