In a group session, participants were asked to close their eyes and visualise the most idyllic scenario they could come up with.
Several came up with moments of seclusion, quietude and introspection including images of mountain hikes, going fishing or sailing.
One person spoke of being surrounded by supportive peers, thousands of miles away from the location of the moment. The tutor drew attention to the uniqueness of this image.
