A young person was thrilled to have been cast in the role of a Queen in a Shakespearean drama.
She had to be told to pack her excitement away to one side, in rehearsal. Her job was to actually be the Queen.
Happily, she understood the note and did her best to find the character after that.
Many adults never seem to understand the difference between being seen to be a person with high status, and actually being one.
High status, power, influence and authority are usually accompanied with an obligation to maintain a duty of care.
