In this transitional period, it is understandable that some might be worried about doing things that were once taken for granted, such as travelling on the underground in London, but life must go on, one way or another.
Breathing in and out in the same space as other human beings has to be a primary act, if we want to retrieve some of the pleasures of our lives before the hiatus.
It is clear that some folks are in a hurry to shake off the restrictions of the last year, even though there are lessons to be learnt from the changes we’ve been through. There are several angles from which the situation can be viewed.
But those changes are here to stay. We all need to define what being realistic means in this new era.
Vigilance combined with a sense of proportion is what needs to be maintained.
